Don’t undervalue my bulletproof G Wagons, Melaye warns Sahara Reporters
Senator Dino Melaye of Kogi West Senatorial district has issued a stern warning to Sahara Reporters for undervaluing his luxurious bulletproof G Wagons.
The outspoken senator who is known for dramatising issues reacted to an earlier post where Sahara Reporters accused him of acquiring three new Mercedes G-Wagons despite his refusal to account for N409 million allocated to his constituency in 2018.
The online media outfit described Melaye’s material acquisition has “vainglory” and shared a video of the G Wagons reportedly valued at N150 million.

Melaye, however, took to his Twitter handle to write,
“Sahara liars again. My 2 bulletproof G Wagon cars I got 4 and 6 years ago respectively. Anyone who live in Abuja knows my white G Wagon.
“To lie that I just acquired 3 new G Wagon is your heritage which is lying. Next time you lie don’t undervalue my properties. Kajikooo.”

In 2017, Sahara Reporters revealed that Melaye did not obtain a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography from Ahmadu Bello University and a degree from the Boston-based Ivy League Harvard University in the United States.
In response Melaye said not only did he graduate legitimately from ABU Zaria, but also, he has successfully earned seven degrees from various other institutions around the world, among them are Harvard’s University,Kennedy School for Educational Leadership and London School of Economics and Political Science a claim that was since refuted by both institutions, with Harvard claiming Mr. Melaye only presented himself for a week-long professional development course in late 2016. While LSE claimed there’s no evidence on its database that Mr. Melaye ever Obtained any degree there.
