Media personality, Toke Makinwa has reacted after a Twitter user said she hates the male gender.

The twitter user identified as @hu0ma had said,

“Feminism is not about hating men”

Another Twitter user identified as @ebereamaka4 who obviously thought Toke was lacking in this regard decided to tag her.

“Let’s ask @tokstarr or Tonto.” she tweeted

In response to them, Toke Makinwa schooled them on what feminism really means.

In her words;

“I don’t hate men, I hate Patriarchy and I speak against “male privileges” “

The media personality added:

“Know the difference and set yourself free. Feminism is not hatred towards the male gender, I just can’t stand the male privileges that exists, It is speaking out against patriarchy, it is inclusion and there are men who support feminism too.”
