Award-winning Nollywood actress Funke Akindele-Bello has hit over 10 million followers on Instagram.

The Jenifa’s diary hit series producer becomes the first Nollywood act to garner as much as 10m IG followers and she is also ahead of music star Wizkid who is presently at 9.6 million IG followers, despite his large fan base.

Jenifa as she is popularly called now joins the league of other celebrities like Davido and Tiwa Savage in the 10 million IG followers class.

The superstar mother who welcomed her twins barely two years ago took to her verified page to share a video in celebration of the milestone and also appreciate her fans.

The feat also makes her the second most followed female celebrity in Nigeria after Tiwa Savage.

Recall that Tiwa hit 10m IG followers last week and she also took to social media to celebrate the feat.
