Nobody asked of Cynthia all this years, now everybody wants to help, Funny bone says
Popular comedian, Funny Bone has also shared his thought on the situation of rapper, Cynthia Morgan.
In a recent Instagram live video, Cynthia Morgan joined ex-Miss Globe Nigeria, Cassandra, revealing why she disappeared from the music scene despite becoming a household name.
According to Cynthia Morgan, in 2017, her contract with record label, Northside Inc. owned by Jude Okoye was not renewed.
She said she was not happy with the label and left after her contract expired.
Cynthia also revealed that she lost the right to use her name for any other business venture or music and does not own rights to the music she produced while still under Northside Inc, losing virtually everything.
She also said she had been ill for over 6 months and battled depression over the years.
She said she would love to return as a solo act, and not under a record label, citing her past experience.
Since her revelation, many celebrities have promised to help her, with Davido notably promising a future collaboration.
Davido had reached out to Morgan via Twitter after she revealed her feud with her former record label.
The DMW boss tweeted;
“Cynthia Morgan call me ….“
Reacting to the turn of events, Funny Bone wrote that many who are going to social media to support her actually forgot the rapper for years.
See what Funny Bone wrote below;
“How come nobody asked after Cynthia Morgan all this years? Even the colleagues she had something with. Suddenly everybody is now shouting Cynthia call me call me.las las we are all on our own o. God I Dey your hand oo. Amen”
