Some officials of the National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC) have reportedly raided the center where a lady was seen in a viral video undergoing a skin peeling session.

It was gathered that the facility was raided on Wednesday by NAFDAC officials after the agency received a petition against the skincare outlet.

A video of the officials inspecting the center and products displayed at the center is presently making the rounds on social media.

WuzupNigeria reports that a few weeks ago, a lady was spotted ‘peeling’ her skin in a tub filled with liquid chemical while another lady with the aide of what looks like a spatula could be seen scraping off the first layer of her skin.

The viral video attracted a series of criticisms on social media.

The supposed owner of the facility had also taken to social media to slam her critics.

In the video shared online, NAFDAC officials were seen removing some of the skincare products for tests.
