Rape: IG orders transfer of Dakolo vs Fatoyinbo case to Lagos
The Inspector-General of Police, Mohammed Adamu, has ordered that petitions from the Senior Pastor of the Commonwealth of Zion Assembly, Abuja, Biodun Fatoyinbo, and the Dakolos, be merged and investigated at the Force Criminal Investigation and Intelligence Department, Alagbon, Ikoyi, Lagos.
Lawyer to the Dakolos, Mr Femi Falana, confirmed that the case would be brought to Lagos because the Dakolo’s were the first to petition the police.
Falana, a Senior Advocate of Nigeria, said that the IG had assured that justice would be done in the matter.

Recall that the Dakolo’s had granted a press conference on Sunday, and wondered why the police would summon them to Abuja when embattled pastor Fatoyinbo has not been questioned since they filed the case.
Timi Dakolo had also alleged that his three children and wife have been exposed to danger since the address of his residence was released by controversial journalist Kemi Olunloyo.
