In preparation of the 2019 presidential elections, the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, Atiku Abubakar, visited his erstwhile boss, ex-President Olusegun Obasanjo, in Abeokuta, Ogun State, on Thursday.

In a closed-door meeting with Atiku held at the Olusegun Obasanjo Presidential Library Complex, Obasanjo said he has forgiven Atiku.

Also at the meeting was the Bishop of the Living Faith Church (Winners Chapel), David Oyedepo; Islamic cleric, Ahmed Gumi; and the Bishop of Catholic Diocese of Sokoto, Matthew Kukah.
