2019 OYO Governorship Election! Unknown Olayinka Ojo emerges Mega Party of Nigeria candidate

Ojo Olayinka has emerged the gubernatorial candidate of the Mega Party of Nigeria in Oyo state.

The 37-year-old who was declared a consensus candidate during the party primary held at the party Secretariat in Ibadan on Sunday is currently the youngest gubernatorial candidate in the state.

The primary election, which was monitored by officials of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) and the men of Nigeria Police Force, was peaceful and featured the announcement of other candidates to represent the party at senatorial, federal constituency and state assembly elections in 2019.

Speaking during the primary, the party chairman Alhaji Ibrahim Kolawole said the party will reposition the state and make life better for the people.

The candidate while addressing the party delegates, promised to work with all stakeholders in the state to ensure sustainable development in the state.

The party will hold her presidential primary at Abuja on Wednesday.
