One of the memories married couples love to share is where they first met.

Place of first meeting for many couples include places of worship, parties, restaurants, parks and the list goes on and on. But there are still places you won’t ever want to meet your future wife.

Here are a few of such places:

1. Strip club

A strip club is a place where adult entertainments, predominantly in the form of striptease or other erotic or exotic dances take place. Many men enjoy striptease. No wonder some of them spend top dollar and even fantasize on the striptease artistes.

But would you like to meet your future wife at the strip club for the first time? Unlike Haitian hiphop star Wyclef Jean in his song “perfect gentlemen,” many men say no. They hold that for a lady to be found in such a place, she must be of “easy virtue”. However, not all men care about that too. Ask Kanye West.

 

2. In a friend’s house

The first question that comes to mind here is, would you then rather meet her at your enemy’s house? A clarification however, is that if the lady was too close or had at one time or the other dated the friend in whose house she is met for the first time.

 

3. Brothel

Nobody wants to think their wife-to-be was cheap. A brothel is a place where people may come to engage in sexual activity with a prostitute, sometimes referred to as a sex worker. Technically, any premise where prostitution commonly takes place qualifies as a brothel.

Notice the word ‘may’ meeting her at a brothel does not mean she is there for prostitution, just like meeting someone at the church does not mean she is a saint. It’s a personal opinion anyway.

 

4. Beer palour

Like all other places on the list except number two, the main reason for not wanting to meet a wife-to-be at the beer palour is because of moral considerations. However, another angle to the bear palour location is that these joints serve as meeting points for criminals. So on this type of generalization some men say they would rather not pursue any serious relationship with a lady from a beer palour.
