Adams Oshiomole spotted at the gym seriously keeping fit (video)
The National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Adams Oshiomole, wants to remain fit during this period of the covid-19 lockdown.
In a video, the politician was seen seriously working out with gym equipment.
Many fitness trainers have advised that Nigerians adopt exercise as a lifestyle to avoid anxiety, depression and to remain healthy during the period of the lockdown.
