Shortly before the commencement of the Federal Executive Council (FEC) meeting, presided over by President Muhammadu Buhari, on Wednesday, Ministers were seen milling around the minister overseeing the Ministry of Finance, Mrs Zainab Ahmed.

WuzupNaija recalls that Ahmed took over from embattled Mrs. Kemi Adeosun who resigned after a fake National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) exemption certificate scandal.

Ahmed, who was congratulated by her colleagues on her new assignment, was led to her new seat by Minister of Defence Monsur Dan-Ali, Minister of State for Agriculture and Rural Development, Heineken Lokpobiri and the Minister of water resources, Mohammed Bello.

She was seen engaging with ministers of Agriculture, Abdu Ogbeh, Minister of Budget and National Planning, Udoma Udo Udoma and the Attorney General and Minister of Justice, Abubakar Malami.

The Minister for Power, Works and Housing, Babatunde Fashola and the Minister of Industry, Trade Abe Investment, Okechukwu Enelamah, said the Muslim and Christian prayers, respectively.
