An angry Nigerian dad threw caution to the winds as he publicly disciplined his son who is an undergraduate at Babcock University, Ogun state.

In the viral video, the man whose identity could not be ascertained was seen questioning his son for not showing up for lectures despite the huge amount of money he paid on school fee and textbooks.

The video which went viral on social media on Tuesday showed the man telling his undergraduate son to lie down on the floor as he flogged him at the university campus.

It took the intervention of people around before the enraged father stopped flogging his son.
