Legendary former Manchester United boss Sir Alex Ferguson has reportedly left hospital less than a month after suffering a brain haemorrhage.

The 76-year-old has returned home to be looked after by his family, according to The Sun.

Ferguson is understood to be confident of taking up his seat in the Old Trafford directors’ box for the start of next season.
