Manchester City on Wednesday night defeated Manchester United 2-0 at the Old Trafford to keep hopes of their title defense alive.

The Citizens climbed to the summit of the Premier League thanks to their 11th league win in a row.

The defeat is Manchester United’s seventh in nine matches – their worst streak since 1962.

The title is not won yet and City’s rival, Liverpool, can’t afford to drop any points and hope either Burnley, Leicester or Brighton find a way to throw a spanner in City’s groovy machine.
