Nollywood actor, Adeniyi Johnson, has revealed that his marriage to Toyin Abraham is yet to be legally annulled all thanks to the award-winning actress.

Johnson who is apparently frustrated about the slow pace of the divorce proceedings said Abraham failed to show up to sign the divorce papers on November 1 and the case has been postponed to January 10 because she wants to discontinue the case in Shagamu and restart in Ibadan.

He also alleged that even her lawyers are not aware that she wants to discontinue the case.

Writing on his Instagram Stories, the actor said “after three years why shift the case to start all over again?

The actor, begging Abraham said, “please let me go…the delay tactics is tiring…”

Abraham and Johnson got married on Monday, July 8, 2013, at the Ikoyi Registry, Lagos. The actress filed for divorce on the grounds of infidelity in August 2015.
