A video presently making the round on the internet has shown the moment a man pretending to be a worshipper walked into a church in Lagos, stole a bag and walked out of the church premises unnoticed.

The viral footage was shared on social media on Monday and it was gathered that the incident occurred at the All Saints Anglican Church, Ketu, Lagos, on Sunday 15 September 2019.

In the footage, the suspected thief was seen walking into the church premises during a service, he secured a seat behind some worshippers inside the church and sat like other church members.

Shortly after taking his seat, the man picked up a bag belonging to another worshipper and walked out of the church while the service was still ongoing.

He left the church premises without any hindrance.
