CCTV footage shows teenager repeatedly stomping on man’s head outside McDonald
A teenager, Troy Augustine, was caught on CCTV repeatedly stomping on an unidentified man’s head outside a McDonald’s restaurant in Huddersfield, United Kingdom.
The video clip showed Augustine beating the man until passerby rushed to tried to separate them.
The man, unfortunately, lost his balance giving Augustine the leverage he needed to stomp on his head repeatedly.
Augustine who pleaded guilty to affray, at Kirklees Magistrates’ Court was told that he would not have to go to prison for the attack but must report to a youth attendance centre for 20 hours where he will work on addressing his unruly behaviour.
He was also told he had avoided jail by a ‘squeak’ and sentenced to a 12-week curfew between the hours of 8pm and 7am to stop him from getting into trouble in the town late at night.
Augustine was asked to pay the sum of £85 and a £115 victim surcharge.
Metro.co.uk reports that Several attacks have taken place over the summer including mass brawls and the latest incident left a man in his 30’s fighting for his life.
