Ahead of a crucial Champions League Semi-final match, Spanish football club, Barcelona wowed football lovers on social media with its savage response on a post by its English counterpart, Liverpool.

Barcelona are in England to face Liverpool in the second leg of their Champions League semi-final match on Tuesday night.

Liverpool had tweeted a post announcing that its playmaker, Mohammed Salah, will not be available for the match on Tuesday night due to an injury.

Liverpool tweeted,

“Mohamed Salah has been ruled out of #LFC’s @ChampionsLeague semi-final second-leg tie with @FCBarcelona on Tuesday.”

The tweet was generating thousands of sympathetic responses from football fans on Twitter until one savage response from Barcelona’s official handle changed the narrative.

Barca replied,

“Games like these are for world-class players. Get well soon!”

Recall that Barcelona thrashed Liverpool 3-o in the first leg of the semi-final match at Camp Nou in Spain last week.
