Chinese club drop Bale hint, follow him on Instagram
Chinese club Jiangsu Suning have dropped a transfer hint as they look to secure a big-money move for Gareth Bale who is presently out of favour with Real Madrid’s head coach, Zinedine Zidane.
They are one of two Chinese Super League clubs eyeing a move for the Welshman.
Beijing Guoan are also understood to have made an approach and are willing to pay him £1 million-a-week.
But Jiangsu Suning have fuelled speculation they could win the race for his signature by following him on their official Instagram account.
The Nanjing-based club follow just 34 people on their account, with Bale becoming the latest as he considers his options after being told he is unwanted in Spain.
Although he still has three years left on his current contract but is facing being frozen out by Zidane, who admitted it would be “better if he leaves” only to be branded a “disgrace” by Bale’s agent, Jonathan Barnett.
