So there is this lady who is done with all forms of chill pills and is ready to literally take laws into her hands.

The issue is that she has a cousin who has dated a man for eight years, yet the man has been obviously holding back from moving the relationship to the next stage. Worse still, the man has been blocking other relationship chances of the lady.
