Don Jazzy celebrates as Mavin Records clocks seven, gratefully looks back
Renowned producer, Don Jazzy, has appreciated fans and business partners of Mavin Records as the label turns seven years today, May 8, 2019.
In the statement released via photo-sharing social media platform, Instagram, the music executive opened up that in the seven years, there were storms he learned from, which has now made him and the entire Mavin stronger than they used to be.
He wrote;
“We will like to say a big thank you to all our fans and business partners for the love and support through the years. Mavin is 7 today and I am sooooo proud of what we have been able to achieve. GOD has been faithful.
“We had some down times but I will be lying if I tell you I didn’t learn a lot from those times. Those down times made me and the team stronger and wiser than ever. I love and believe so much in my team. That been said, by the power vested in me, with so much fire in my belly, on behalf of the SUPREME MAVIN DYNASTY I say to every Mavin out there that #AllIsInOrder.”
Mavin Records, also called Supreme Mavin Dynasty was established on May 8, 2012, by multiple award-winning internationally respected music mogul, Don Jazzy after D’banj’s departure from Mo’ Hits Records.
Since the birth of the music company, Mavin Records witnessed major exit from talented musicians like Wande Coal, Reekado Banks and songstress Tiwa Savage; while it is still home to D’Prince, Dr Sid, Di’Ja, LadiPoe, Johnny Drille, DNA and the newest inclusion, Rema.
