A video of some female students of the Ambrose Alli University (AAU), Ekpoma in Edo State brutalising a fellow student is presently making the round on social media.

In the video which has gone viral on the internet, the yet-to-be-identified ladies numbering about three cornered their victim in a room, stripped her and started beating her, dragging her long weave.

It was learnt that one of the bullies had alleged that the victim, who she claimed is her school daughter, was having an affair with her boyfriend.

The bullies ignored their victim’s cry for mercy as they filmed her naked on the floor while they severely beat her.

One of the ladies could be heard saying

“You no want make dem marry me. See who I wan take do chief bridesmaid”.

The Twitter user who shared the video captioned:

“AAU school Mother beats and strip a school daughter’s necked (sic) for suspecting her of sleeping with her boyfriend.”

The bullies did not reveal their faces in the footage, except the face of their victim, probably in an attempt not to be traced for their act.

Recall that a similar incident occurred at the Federal University of Technology, Akure (FUTA) when five students – four girls and a boy – descended on a 100-level student and brutalised her in a room over allegations that she was having an affair with the boyfriend of her ‘school mother’

The FUTA bullies were expelled by the university management after the video of their heinous act went viral on social media.
