A yet to be identified suspected robber who has been terrorising parts of Akwa Ibom State was on Sunday burnt to death by youths.

This was made public in the pictures shared by a Facebook user, Tangseama Kenneth Etuk few hours ago.

The suspect was reportedly caught in the afternoon during his breaking and entering operation by some youths in the area. The angry youths reportedly gave the suspect the beating of his life before setting him ablaze.

The deceased allegedly specialise in breaking into people’s houses, raping their wives and daughters. He is also alleged to have mercilessly beaten some landlords in the area during his previous operations.

The Facebook user wrote,

“This notorious thief who has been terrorizing my area, breaking into peoples houses, raping their wives and daughters, beating the house owners mercilessly was caught this afternoon while breaking into someone’s house. The area boys pounced on him, beat him up n finally set him ablaze……May God have mercy on his soul”
