Ethiopian Airlines crash: Adeyanju, Melaye, others attend candlelight procession in honour of late Pius Adesanmi [Photos]
Friends and well-meaning Nigerians gathered at the Unity Fountain, in Abuja on Wednesday to honour the late Professor Pius Adesanmi who was among the 149 passengers onboard the ill-fated Ethiopian Airline Boeing 737 that crashed on March 10th, 2019 during a flight to Nairobi, Kenya.
It was a very sad moment as sympathizers queued to sign the Condolence Register during the Candlelight procession in his honour.
In attendance were activist Deji Adeyanju, Kogi West Senatorial district lawmaker, Dino Melaye; Bring Back Our Girls co-convener, Hajiya Aisha Yesufu and Activist Ariyo-Dare Atoye.
Others were President Public Interest Lawyers League, Mr Abdulmahmud Aminu; National Secretary, OurMumuDonDo, Comrade Ralph Adebayo; amongst others.
