There’s been wild excitement on Twitter over a cash giveaway by former Super Eagles striker, Odion Ighalo.

The 30-year-old striker who had earlier announced that he’ll be dashing out money via his Twitter handle gave an undisclosed amount of money to 20 users.

“Ok I’m going to bless 20 people today so if e no reach you na till next Monday be that.

“Just put your account down and I will send to 20 accts,so anyone wey get should say it o.make anybody no take twice o.

“20 done. if you get the money hand up o and those wey no get sorry next time,God bless you all,” his tweets read.

His benevolent acts have since spurred excitement on Twitter as the beneficiaries expressed appreciation to him.

As usual, those who didn’t get money urged him to do another giveaway while some faulted him for giving just 20 persons.

According to Ighalo, his Instagram page has been bombarded with private messages from online beggers who also want a share of the “cake”.

Although the beneficiaries have declared different figures as their “dividend”, however, some claim they also want to share the money with others.
