MAN OF FAITH! Dignitaries storm Church of God Mission to lay fresh wreaths for late Archbishop Idahosa [photos]
Dr. Margaret E. Idahosa on Tuesday had a busy day playing host to various concerned interest groups and religious leaders at the Church of God Mission International headquarters in Benin City, Edo State.
The event was made public in the beautiful pictures the first female Pentecostal archbishop in Africa shared on her personal Facebook page.
Dr. Margaret wrote,
Yesterday we went to the Mausoleum of my husband Archbishop Benson Idahosa, to lay fresh wreaths. I miss you Darling. Truly the Memory of the Righteous is Blessed. #ArchbishopBAIdahosa #March12th2018 #20Yearslater
Archbishop Benson Andrew Idahosa is the founder of the Church of God Mission International with headquarters in Benin City, Edo State.
The clergyman was born on September 11, 1938 and died on March 12, 1998. Idahosa who was affectionately called “Papa or Baba” by his followers, was a Charismatic Pentecostal preacher.
He was the first Pentecostal archbishop in Nigeria, and was well renowned for his robust faith.
