Tragedy has struck the family of one Miss Farida Saminu as the bride to be died in a tragic accident just five days to her wedding.

The deceased was on her way to meet the makeup artist booked for her wedding slated for Friday, November 1, 2019, when the incident occurred.

A wave of floodwater hit the tricycle just as they were climbing a bridge and swept it to the edge. Farida fell from the tricycle into the river where she’s believed to have drowned.

Her body is yet to be found.

She had boarded a tricycle with four other passengers, but as they were climbing a bridge, the flood swept the tricycle to the edge of the bridge and she fell into the river.

Mysteriously, Farida, the one with her wedding coming up in a few days, was the only one out of five passengers who died, the others all escaped safely.
