A four-year-old girl, Pamilerin Babatunde, has been declared missing by her parents after she was sent to a hairdressing salon by her mom in Ikorodu area of Lagos State.

WuzupNigeria gathered that Pamilerin left her parents’ home at Agboola street, around LASPOTECH first gate in Ikorodu, on the instructions of her mom, to make her hair at a salon close to their residence in preparation for schoolthe next day.

A PR specialist Adenike Fagbemi shared the report on her Facebook page.

Fagbemi also shared a video of the mother of the four-year-old girl narrating how the incident happened.

In the footage, the mom, Fatima Adedokun who is physically challenged, said since the four-year-old girl left home for the salon around 3 pm on Sunday, she is yet to return and all effort to find her has been futile.

“When we checked at the salon, the hairdresser said she never came to her shop,” Fatima said.

“This is not the first time she would be going to the salon, she has been going before now because the salon is very close to our residence.

“It wasn’t my wish for her to be going there alone, but I had no choice because of my condition, I’m physically challenged and I wanted her to start doing some little things herself to assist me.

“I’ve taken her to the salon and she has been going there before that day. She left home around 3 pm on Sunday (16th February) and we are yet to see her since then,” she said.

The mom also revealed that the case has been reported at the Sagamu Road Police Station in Ikorodu, the Ogijo Police Station as well as a community radio station based in Ikorodu.

She called on Nigerians to help her in finding her missing child.
