Friend solicits prayer for law graduate in gas explosion
A friend to a law graduate, Fareedah Obadaki, who was involved in a gas explosion and hospitalised after severe injuries is soliciting prayers for her quick recovery.
Obadaki a student of the University Of Abuja was reportedly cooking when the gas suddenly exploded.
The law graduate, on October 21, 2017, celebrated her graduation with photos and captioned, It’s finally over!
“Mama I made it, Proud LLB holder, 6 years, 61 courses, 3 different strikes, 10 semesters, it can only be God!” she enthusiastically wrote on her Facebook page.
Recounting Obadaki’s ordeal, the friend, Isibor Joy, said she was still in shock and prayed for her quick recovery in a Facebook post.
Joy said Obadaki was burnt beyond recognition and pleaded with well-meaning Nigerians to join her to pray for her friend with the hashtag, #PrayForFaridaObadaki.
“In the next 30days am going to be running d hashtag #PrayForFaridaObadaki to serve as a reminder.
“Whenever you see it, Please I beg you don’t scroll past, put your phone aside for a second and say a prayer for my friend, sister(Muslims and Christians alike).
Friends took to Facebook to express their shock and also pray for her quick recovery.
