Glory Osei, Muyiwa Folorunsho still under fire from Twitter users

After a weekend full of entertaining events – the Headies Award, Star Boy Fest in London and the arrival of little OBO, Davido’s son, Twitter Nigeria transited to its dragging mode on Monday following several allegations of fraud and staff maltreatment levelled against the founders of Divergent Enterprise.

Muyiwa Folorunsho and Glory Osei the founders of Divergent Enterprise – the parent company of a real estate firm LandLagos, PorkMoney and Hyberfactory and several other subsidiaries, have been trending on Twitter all day.

Some former employees of the company have taken to Twitter to share their stories of alleged humiliation, abuse, maltreatment and nonpayment of salaries they suffered in the hands of the young couple and the stories are gory and heartbreaking.

A lady who claimed to be a former Creative Director of the company tweeted:

“This Glory Osei and Muyiwa thing just dey make me laugh. I worked there for three months in 2017 before I resigned and I can confirm everything you heard is true. My story dey come.

“One of the sad things was after he fired over 40 common staff. He hired another 70, made us train them. I felt bad inside knowing these people would be out of a job in a month or so. The whispers was going round the office . There were just needed for network bank scam

This was one of the things that shocked me when I joined the company. Within two weeks 2 people had already been fired for doing nothing. The pressure ehen was toxic as fuck..”

Another tweeted:

Some of the former employees also advised Nigerian celebrities to always do a thorough investigation about companies before accepting the role of brand ambassadors.
