GREAT JOB! Osinbajo praises Nigerian female students who won 2018 Technovation World Pitch [Photos]
Some young Nigerian female students have won the 2018 Technovation World Pitch in California.
Commending the Junior Secondary School students for their brilliant innovation, Acting President, Yemi Osinbajo, shared their photos on his Twitter page with a congratulatory message.

He wrote,
“These young ladies in Junior Secondary School developed a mobile application called ‘FD Detector’ to tackle the problems of fake pharmaceutical products in Nigeria.
“Yesterday, they won the 2018 Technovation World Pitch in California. Congratulations! We are very proud of you.”
“Well done to Uchenna Onwuamaegbu-Ugwu, the founder of Edufun Technik STEM Center. I understand that she and her company were responsible for mentoring the young ladies. Great job.”
According to the website of Technovation, its focus is to offer girls around the world the opportunity to learn the skills they need to emerge as tech entrepreneurs and leaders.
