Has it gotten to this extent? Man asks after finding stick in toothpaste pack [Photos]
A Nigerian man has taken to social media to tweet his surprise at finding a stick in the pack of a new toothpaste he bought at a shop in his neighbourhood.
Gomez Nsude took to Twitter on Tuesday morning to share photos of the strange content he found in the Sensodyne toothpaste pack which has left many Twitter users in awe.
He was travelling when he hurriedly collected the toothpaste from the shop owner and thought there was no need to check the content.
On his arrival at his destination, he was left in shock at what he found in the pack after opening it. “Has it gotten to this extent,” Gomez asked.
He wrote via his Twitter handle @MistaGomez_:
“Bought a Sensodyne toothpaste this morning and this is what I found inside. Has it gotten to this extent, Nigerians?
Gomez, however, promised to go back to the shop to lodge a complaint.
“OK, I bought it at a shop near my house while traveling. I will definitely take it back on to the shop once I’m back but will they even believe me? Anyways the stick was actually what I saw inside,” he said.
When he returned to the shop to report, Gomez was helpless when the shop ow out that all Sensodyne products in the shop have same contents when they were opened following his complaint.
“All the daily care Sensodyne in that shop are all woods. I’m tired,” he tweeted.
