HE WAS ON COMMISSION! Nigerian man arrested with cocaine in India

A Nigerian was caught by the Excise enforcement wing while trying to sell cocaine in Jubilee Hills here on Friday. They seized four grams of cocaine and Rs. 17,000 from his possession.

The accused, Jimmy Amuzu (30), a resident of Tolichowki and a native of Nigeria, told the officials that he was selling the contraband for Rs. 6,000 per gram on a commission basis, from a Mumbai-based supplier named ‘Government’.

Further, he told the excise officials that he was acting as a courier between suppliers and customers in Hyderabad, said S. Anji Reddy, assistant excise superintendent.

On September 3, the excise officials arrested a Nigerian and seized 15 grams of cocaine from him.
