Nollywood veteran actress, Remilekun Oshodi, fondly referred to as Remi Surutu, has penned an emotional tribute to her daughter, Ayomikun Oladayo, one year after her death.

The late Ayomikun Oladayo died of sickle cell anaemia in July 2017.

Surutu in series of post on her Instagram page shared photos of her daughter and expressed how much she missed her since her untimely death.

Surutu wrote,

“Ayomikun, How do I recount the memories we shared together?

“How long do I have to stay strong without you by my side?

“How much strengths do I need, for me to realize that you have truly embarked on a journey of forever?

“Ayomikun…it’s a year today!!! Ayomikun…we miss you at every moment of thought.

“We miss you Ayomiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii ? your sister miss you so much

“I miss you today .…I will miss you for the rest of my life ?my life has never been the same since you left…

“I try to put up strength for me and your sister but it so hard to believe you are gone….you Have a very large space in my heart ❤️

“I keep looking at your picture everyday thinking and wondering how you left without a goodbye.

“I love you so much Ayomikun Oladayo and your sister loves you so much too we all miss you, rest on beloved …1year just like that!”
