I am passionate about instilling right values in children – Alex Unusual
Reality star and media personality, Alex Asogwa, aka Alex Unusual, says instilling the right values early in children will make them better citizens.
Alex Unusual said this in a statement ahead of training/workshop on Children’s Etiquette to celebrate the annual Nigerian Children’s Day on May 27, in Lagos.
“Living in a world where first impression, character, and charisma almost defines a person, I’m very passionate about instilling the right values in children.
“They deserve all the attention they can get as they grow because they are quick to grasp; they have the sharpest brains and are open to learning.
“Because it pays and will definitely be of great use to this country and the world at large, now and in the future,” she said.
“I know it’ll be nice to contribute positively to the proper upbringing of these kids and give them an opportunity to learn what I learned especially at their young age.
“Children are adorable angels and the purest of hearts.” She said.
She explained further that the training, an Alex Unusual Empire (AUE) initiative in partnership with English Manner, would enable children between the ages of five and 13 years learn about leadership, deportment, problem-solving skills, dining etiquette, public speaking and more.
The reality star who has always demonstrated her love for kids recently led an anti-child bullying campaign and spoke at an interactive session with children at the Akada Children Book Festival.
