I CAN’T WAIT TO SEE YOUR USUAL TWEET MOCKING #ENDSARS! Ruggedman calls out Yomi Shogunle
Veteran rapper, Ruggedman, has mocked the assistant commissioner of police, Yomi Shogunle, after acting president Yemi Osinbajo, ordered the immediate ‘overhaul’ of Nigerian police’s special anti-robbery squad on Tuesday.
While many Nigerians had received the news with great joy, Ruggedman in a now-deleted Tweet, said he is anticipating Shogunle’s usual Tweets mocking the #EndSARS campaign which the rapper has championed for over one year.
He wrote: “@YomiShogunle I can’t wait to see your usual tweet mocking this #endsars statement.
“It’s your usual way, so let’s see it.”

Recall that the rapper had called Yomi Shogunle a deceitful and disrespectful person after the latter had shared a false post about Ruggedman on his Instagram page.
Other rappers like Ycee and Skales had also lambasted Shogunle in the past for being cruel in the face of the numerous plight of Nigerians.
Meanwhile, many Twitter users followed suit and lambasted Shogunle who is known for always badmouthing Nigerians who had constantly cried out about the heartless SARS operatives.

Some Twitter users also used memes to describe the ACP and asked the acting president to also relieve him of his duty.

The most important part of the directive in my opinion is the part where they are directed to restrict their activities to cases of armed robbery and kidnapping and no more. So they’ll no longer be the #tattooPolice

Start with this olodo police man, him and his crew picked me up on the street, sango ota, ogun state. And asked me to settle them or they take me to the police station and waste my time since they can’t find anything on my phone. I did a tf of 5k to one of them. pic.twitter.com/fO6sMDN4bX
