I MARRIED YOU FOR A SELFISH REASON! Charly Boy celebrates Lady D on her 60th birthday
Maverick entertainer, Charly Boy, celebrating his wife, Diane, better known as “Lady D” with a sweet but hilarious message as she turns 60 on Monday, Jan 28.
The Area Father who is known to be outspoken posted photos his woman on his Instagram page and went down memory lane to reveals why he married her.
Charly Boy also posted her phone number and urged his fans to bombard her with calls to wish her a happy birthday.
Area Father wrote;
“When you woke up besides me one morning some 4decades ago and uttered those words, “marry me or I leave”
“I didn’t marry you due to lack of options. I married you for one pure and selfish reason: I figured that the little girl in you will make the boy in me a peaceful and happy man. Good job I was right! Happy Birthday from your besotted husband.
“My people I take God beg una, biko call my wife 0818 876 0402 and wish her a happy 60th birthday and terrorize this post with comments.
“Thank you and God bless you too.”
Recall that the #OurMumoDonDo convener formally walked Diane down the aisle after 40 years of marriage in December 2018.
The couple exchanged marriage vows at the Chapel of Sisters of Jesus the Redeemer Catholic Church in Gwarimpa, Abuja.
The low-keyed wedding was officiated by the outspoken Catholic Bishop of Sokoto Dioceses, Bishop Mathew Kukah, and had in attendance close friends and relatives of the couple, including the aged mother of Charlyboy.
Charly Boy is 67 years old. He has nine children and 16 grandchildren.
