The Vice President of Nigeria, Prof Yemi Osinbajo was 61, Thursday, March 8, 2018.

Friends and notable Nigerians gathered to celebrate him and a surprise birthday was held in his honour at the Presidential Villa.

In attendance were the Senior Special Adviser to the President on the National Assembly, Ita Enang ; NNPC Chief Operating Officer, Corporate Services, Mallam Isa Inuwa ; Minister of Water Resources, Suleiman Adamu ; Minister of Budget and National Planning , Udoma Udo Udoma ; Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Boss Mustapha ; Senior Special Adviser to the President on Social Investment Programme , Mariam Uwais and CBN Governor, Godwin Emefiele While Cutting a cake to Celebrate Vice President

Nigerians also wished the charismatic VP happy birthday with photos and heartfelt messages on various social media platforms.

The VP thanked all his well-wishers and prayed for a better Nigeria

He wrote on his Instagram page,

“Thank you all for the birthday wishes and prayers, my wish for Nigeria is that our country will be greater; that we will prosper, experience true peace and abundance.”
