International makeup artist, Buntricia Bastian, is dead
International makeup artist and hair stylist, Buntricia Bastian, has died after a long battle with cancer.
Her daughter, Roxanne Nicole Crayton, confirmed her death in an Instagram video saying: “today at 9:45 am, my mother passed away.”
Roxanne said her mom is in a better place because she had suffered so much.
Roxanne said “Goodmorning my loves, today at 9:45am, my mother passed away.
“And I just wanted to say to everyone that loved her and learned from her and feels that she made a change in their lives to just remember her.
“She was really suffering and she is free now.
“I just want to say to all of you that whatever comes in life, keep moving forward…”
WuzupNaija recalls that in June 2018, Bastian had said her goodbyes to family and loved ones stating that her lungs are gone and her heart is only working at 30%.
The beautician who has worked for more than three decades via her Instagram page said that her husband is bringing her ashes home to Nigeria.
However, she had miraculously lived longer than she expected before her sudden demise.
WuzupNaija reports that on December 27, Buntricia announced that she went home for the first time in two years. She had also revealed that she the doctors found several lesions on her brain and they diagnosed brain cancer.
“Happy holidays everyone took this pic today at my visit to the cancer clinic. I took an MRI last week they found several lesions on my brain they say it’s brain cancer. SO WHAT no one messing with my head. My memories.
“Not to worry Jehovah already got this under control. I am home first time in two years it is Awesome. I gain 6lbs this week do now I am a whopping 105lbs hey. Having some fun today I am alive and I have not one compliant.
“All is well. Again enjoy your holidays and cherish every breathing moment. Life is not about how many breaths you take BUT how many of those moments that took your breath away. Love you guys. Buntricia’s post reads.
