Jennifer Hudson’s husband, David Otunga cleared of Domestic violence charges
Jennifer Hudson’s husband, David Otunga, has been cleared of allegations of domestic violence against him as the police have completed their investigations on the case, TMZ states.
The case started in November when the singer claimed that she and her son were being battered by her wrestler husband. She told the police that David got angry at her, grabbed their son by the hand and shoved her out of their bedroom.
The couple then ended their relationship after 10 years together and Hudson received a protective order against Otunga.
However, she later dropped the charges against him as they reached a temporary custody agreement.
The actor can now enjoy his 2018 knowing that he has no case to answer.
