JUST IN: Kano confirms two new cases of coronavirus
The Kano State Ministry of Health has confirmed two new cases of COVID-19 pandemic in the state.
With the new cases, Kano now has three confirmed cases of the virus.
Officials of the state’s ministry of health confirmed this in its official twitter handle.
“As at 7:45pm, 2 additional cases of Covid-19 have been confirmed in Kano State,” the tweet reads.
As at the time of filing this report details of the patients is yet to be disclosed.
Meanwhile, the index case, a 75 years old former ambassador was revealed on Saturday evening and has been admitted at the state isolation centre at Kwanar Dawakin.
