Kim Kardashian-West and Kanye West welcomed the birth of their fourth child, a son, on May 10, 2019.

Born via surrogate, Kim made the official announcement on social media with several tweets. She said the baby was here and perfect then said he is Chicago’s twin.

Chicago celebrated her first birthday on January 29, 2019, making the two youngest members of the family 16 months apart. At this point, the baby’s name, birth weight, and length have not been announced.

Details on Kim Kardashian-West’s surrogate haven’t been revealed, but reports indicate she did not use the same surrogate as the one who carried Chicago.

Kim Kardashian-West suffers from placenta accreta and experienced potentially life-threatening complications when she did carry her own children to gestation (she delivered North and Saint).

Now that the family has grown, it’s unclear if there will be any change to Kim Kardashian-West’s study schedule as she prepares to get her law degree.
