The season of Valentine, the time many lovers, especially ladies, look forward to as they anticipate surprise gifts from their partners.

Valentine’s Day is celebrated with so much pomp and pageantry and it seems to be the only day of the year with the highest number of marriage proposals.

Social media has been awash since yesterday with photos and videos of men popping the question to their partners, the lucky ones have received positive answers.

To some who are not so lucky, Val’s day marks the end of their love relationship, it is the day many would also discover if their partner is truly their boo. Even their boo could also have another boo.

Well, while many have been receiving surprise gifts from employers and lovers, the reverse was the case for a Nigerian lady.

Though she also got a surprise package from an anonymous person, the content of the well-packed bag left her disappointed.

The lady has shared a video on the internet of a bag full of trash dumped at her doorstep with a note wishing her happy Val’s day.

The lady, a 500-level student of Abia State University wrote:

“See what I woke up to this morning on my way out. An anonymous brought nothing reasonable to my doorstep. Chai.”
