A self-acclaimed spiritualist, Fabiyi Stephen, reportedly had a bitter experience from one Emmanuel Adekunle, from who he attempted to cast away evil spirit through prayer and deliverance in Lagos.

During the prayer and deliverance, the evil spirit inside Adekunle repeatedly directed Stephen to return the N300,000 he obtained from him because he was fake and cannot deliver Adekunle of the spirit as he had claimed.

The incident happened at the Ikotun area of Lagos, where both Adekunle and Stephen reside.

The prayer and deliverance came to an abrupt end and the acclaimed spiritualist, Stephen, was asked to refund the money since he cannot deliver Adekunle as he claimed.

It was gathered that the 49-year old Stephen had met Adekunle and gave him a prophecy that he was possessed by evil spirits that had hindered his progress and he needed deliverance.

The victim was asked to pay the said amount of money, which he did before the deliverance eventually failed and turned against Stephen.

He was remanded in prison custody pending when he will perfect his bail conditions.
