Nigerian fashion blogger and entrepreneur, Laura Ikeji-Kanu, has taken to her Instagram page to address the rumours making rounds on the internet that she has been bleaching her skin.

The rumours began on social media when she posted a video on IG, which purported to show the sister to celebrity blogger Linda Ikeji looking fairer than her normal skin complexion.

In a post on Instagram, the fashion blogger stated that she has never bleached her skin but is rather toning it thereby dismissing the rumours.

She wrote:

“Funny fact is, I’ve never bleached my skin in my life. Maybe a lil toning here n there but nothing intense. Money kinda brings out ur natural skin lol.”
