My life changed when Olamide funded ‘Shake body’ video, Skales reveals

Nigerian rap artist, Raoul John Njeng-Njeng, better known as Skales has revealed that Olamide Adedeji popularly known as Badoo sponsored his ‘Shake body’ music video visuals.

The 26-year-old made this known via his Twitter handle on Monday.

Skales apparently let the cat out of the bag in a bid to appreciate Olamide for funding his video adding that since the video his life had never remained the same again.

In response to his tweet, Olamide playfully chastised the shake body crooner over revealing what was supposed to be a secret between them.

Skales wrote: “Guys I’ve been holding this back for so long but I gotta let the world know @olamide_YBNL …actually gave me cash to shoot ‘shakebody’ vid”

“Back then because I was super broke and couldn’t afford to shoot a video for that song I will neva forget it bro , thanks a lot bro @olamide_YBNL

“And since then my life has never been the same….GOD BLESS ALL THE REAL AND TRUE ONES OUT THERE.”

The ‘Shake Body’ track was a lead single in his debut album, ‘Man Of The Year’. Skales has recorded over 200 songs and collaborated with numerous artists, including eLDee, Jeremiah Gyang, Banky W. and Knighthouse.
