Man pours acid in wife’s private part for refusing him sex

An Indian man, Ved Ram, allegedly poured acid on his wife’s private parts after she refused to have sex with him on Monday night.

The woman, Annu, had since been on admission at the Hospital in a serious condition with various injuries.

The police spokesperson, SP Kannauj Harishchander, said a case has been registered against the accused and two others but no arrests have been made.

The woman’s parents lodged a complaint while the victim was in the hospital.

According to police, Annu alleged that her husband Ved Ram was forcing her for sex. When she refused, he raped her and threw acid on her genitals, which led to severe burn injuries.

“On Monday night, her husband demanded sex from his wife. When she refused, Ved Ram started beating her. He locked her inside a room and raped her. The accused then poured acid on her genitals and escaped,” the Police said.

The two got married in 2011 and the couple was staying with their two children and in-laws. Her father told police that the accused started harassing her from 2012.
