The General Overseer and Founder of Christ Mercy Land Deliverance Ministry, Delta State, Prophet Jeremiah Omoto Fufeyin, has warned men of God on making political prophecies.

While speaking with journalists in Delta State, Fufeyin said pastors or prophets must stay away from things that could put their grace into shame.

The prophet stated,

“I’m using this opportunity to warn all prophets and pastors who prophesies. Many have prophesied and many have failed. When making political prophecies, men of God must take caution so that they will not put their grace into shame or disgrace. When you prophesy, you must continue to pray about it until it becomes a reality.”

“God, in His mercy, decides whatever He gives to His children. A prophecy can raise a man in a second and a prophecy can bring a man down in the next second. Since man doesn’t understand the ways of God, pastors or prophets must be very careful. God can change His mind to favour any political aspirant at any time, as He has the final say.”
