Mesut Ozil’s agent speaks on rumored potential move
Mesut Ozil’s agent, Erkut Sogut has spoken on plans for the player to leave Arsenal and join Turkish club Fernabahce.
Ozil is currently in self-isolation as coronavirus shuts down global activities including the English Premier League which he plays in.
Sogut revealed though Ozil is happy at Arsenal where his contract will end in 2021, he cannot rule out the possibility of him making a move to Fenerbahce which he admires.
“You never know in football, first of all, you can never predict the movement of players,” Sogut told Goal.
“I have said it before, and I am repeating it that Ozil is pleased where he is at Arsenal.
“Ozil still has a contract to go, and there is no change.
“We will see what the future holds when the contract ends, but for now, there is nothing I can say.”
