Michael Bolton celebrates 66th birthday

Veteran American songwriter and singer, Michael Bolton, clocks sixty-six years today. He was born on February 26, 1953.

Bolton, who started singing at the age of 16 (50 years ago), is one of the world’s greatest singers of all time, and those who grew up in the 80s couldn’t do without Bolton’s heartfelt songs which gave meaning and hope to many people who believed in love. His lyrics and melodious voice have serenaded millions of fans around the world.

He recorded his greatest hits songs with the West Australian Full Harmonic Orchestra at the All Saints College Performing Arts Centre in Perth, Australia.

Few weeks ago, Bolton released an album titled A Symphony of Hits to celebrate his 50 successful years in music.

His major accomplishments in his 50-years in music include winning two Grammy Awards, six American Music Awards, selling over 75 million records, as well as recording some of the greatest hits, eight Top 10 albums and two number-one singles on the Billboard charts.

Despite his exceeding greatness as a singer for 50 years, Bolton has not shown signs of retiring from the game.
